Terms of Service
1. Agreement to terms
By purchasing or using AP Concepts (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. What AP Concepts is — and isn't
AP Concepts provides a customized, fillable home-inventory form to help you document your personal property for insurance purposes.
AP Concepts is not an insurance provider, does not sell or administer insurance policies, and is not a licensed public adjuster, attorney, or financial advisor. Nothing provided through the Service constitutes legal, insurance, or financial advice. Any figures, examples, or claims-process information provided are for general informational purposes only. Your insurance coverage, claim outcomes, and any settlement are governed entirely by your own insurance policy and insurer, and by applicable law — not by AP Concepts.
3. Your account and your data
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into your home record.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You retain ownership of the content and data you upload. You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the Service to you.
4. License scope
Your purchase provides a license to use your home record for the specific property associated with your account. Reuse or transfer of a paid record to a different property is not included as part of your purchase.
5. Payment and refunds
[Insert your specific refund policy, e.g.: Purchases are one-time payments. Refund requests made within [X] days of purchase, before substantial use of the Service, may be eligible for a refund at our discretion. Contact [support email] to request one.]
6. No guarantee of claim outcomes
While AP Concepts is designed to help you document your belongings thoroughly, we do not guarantee any specific insurance claim outcome, payout amount, or approval. Your insurer makes all final coverage and claim decisions.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AP Concepts and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to claim denials, underpayments, or data loss. [This section in particular should be reviewed and tailored by an attorney based on your jurisdiction.]
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing law
[Insert the state/jurisdiction whose law will govern these terms.]
